Intellectual Property Rights Statement

Participants in the 400Gbps Optical MSA agree to disclose any known intellectual property rights that may be essential to implementation of the specifications. Participation in the MSA does not obligate members to license any intellectual property unless explicitly agreed to in writing. Implementation of the specification is subject to applicable intellectual property rights of participating members.
